our busy message board. Each advertiser can have two different banners which will be randomly displayed on 20 of the busiest pages
on our site. Every time a page is reloaded a new banner will be displayed. Force a reload of this page to see how it works for the banner at the top of the page.
(If you only have one banner for your site, we will put it in our rotation twice.)
Banners MUST be 60 pixels high and 468 pixels wide. Banners MUST also be less than 18k in file size. Banners must be approved and
